The LEI issuance fee (the LEI validity for 1 year from the date of issue) is PLN 263 , and the LEI renewal fee for 1 year is also PLN 263.

Multi-year payment is possible for both LEI issuance and LEI renewal and means LEI annual renewals
for the period for which the payment was made.
The reduced fee rates are as follows: Payment for 2 years: PLN 486 (per annum PLN 243) Payment for 3 years: PLN 699 (per annum PLN 233) Payment for 4 years: PLN 892 (per annum PLN 223) Payment for 5 years: PLN 1065 (per annum PLN 213)
All fees include the GLEIF fee at the Q4 2024 rate of PLN 43.
Fees are in net amounts, VAT rate is 23%.

An LEI labelled as ''conforming'' indicates the following criteria have been met:
-> LEI registration is current – the LEI registration has been timely renewed.
-> Level 2 reporting is complete – the legal entity has reported data on its direct and ultimate parents, or one of the acceptable reasons for not reporting this data.
We would like to kindly inform you that as of August 1, 2024, pursuant to Resolution No. 724/2024 of the Management Board of KDPW SA dated 23 July 2024, amendments to the LEI Regulations have come into force. These changes include, among others: the introduction of the definition of an authorized person and new rules for registering and updating data. The new regulations do not require any action on your side.
